The crust is just OK. I found that it gets more and more crumbly as it gets colder. Good to know there is an option if you're out and about.

It's the worst Gluten free pizza I've had. I actually threw away half of it. You can tell that the crust was shipped frozen and not made fresh. There are several other places in New York that are much better...Risotteria and Pizza Bolla to name a couple.

I tried Uno's gluten free pizza last week for the first time and enjoyed it. Perhaps it's quality varies from location to location, but I was impressed. Here's my in depth review of it.
