A French Restaurant on the Upper West Side
The number of GFRAP restaurants on the Upper West Side just doubled: Nice Matin (201 West 79th Street) just got with the program!
Nice Matin is, like Hell's Kitchen GFRAP restaurant Nizza, a venture of partners Simon Oren and chef Andy D'Amico. Both restaurants offer cuisine from the same part of the world: Nice (France) and Nizza (Italy). Nice, huh?
The participation of Nice Matin in GFRAP is not coordinated with an area group. The restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
The other GFRAP restaurant on the Upper West Side is Sambuca, which participates in cooperation with the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group (WCSSG).

I'm doing the happy dance! Delighted to have another "safe" place to eat on the UWS (and a nice one!)
It's so nice they named it Nice?
Does anyone have a link to their gluten free menu?
I haven't found one yet. Frustrating, I know.
I cannot talk for lunch, but if you like a croissant/bread/fruit/healthy breakfast and you are celiac...forget about this place. They don't even have a piece of gluten free bread to offer. Nor granola...And if you ask for fruits, you get 1/3 of an apple and 1/7 of a grapefruit for 8 dollars...and it tastes like onions. Awful!!!
Nice to read this review, I was planning going there next week with my girlfriend.
I love the feeling when I can get a good restaurant in any place, I would like to have the chance of visit Kitchen GFRAP restaurant Nizza with my family in many next vacation!!22dd
