Thanks for providing this "tour" - we have been to Bob's Red Mill (close to Portland, Oregon) and were able to find local gluten-free baked goods, special baking supplies (English Muffin rings, etc.) along with the many gluten-free flours. You can even have a gluten-free sandwich/soup in their little restaurant. Bob actually hangs out there - some people in my Gluten Intolerance Group have talked to him - he is the genuine article!
