Staten Island now has an Outback of its very own--and also a Carrabba's Italian Grill of its very own--at the Staten Island Mall!
Both chains offer gluten-free menus created in cooperation with the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG).

My favorite source of gluten-free goodies on Staten Island is FIT FOODS, INC. located at 23 Nelson Ave. by the corner of Amboy Rd. in Great Kills. Diane, the owner, is a nurse, and her Dad is a Celiac. They are both very knowledgeable. They have the best bread, cookies, pizza crusts, danish, and whatever else you need!
